At MCS Digitizing, we aim to provide high-quality Embroidery Digitizing and Vector Art Conversion services. Because our work involves custom digital files created to each client’s specifications, payment is only collected after work is completed, delivered, and approved. Our Return & Refund Policy is outlined below.
1. Digital Services (Embroidery Digitizing & Vector Art)
Because our services involve custom digital files created according to client specifications: • No refunds are issued once a file has been delivered and approved. • If there is a technical error, incorrect sizing, missing details, or deviation from the original instructions, we will revise the file free of charge until it meets the original order requirements. • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Order Cancellation
• Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not started.
• Once work has begun, cancellation is not eligible for a refund.
3. Payment Processing
All refunds (if approved) are processed through the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer) and may take 5–10 business days to reflect. Since payment is only collected after work is delivered and approved, refunds are limited to the cases outlined in this policy.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
Payment is only requested after your order has been completed, delivered, and confirmed by you — we do not charge in advance for pending or in-progress work. If you still have any concern about a delivered order, please contact us directly at info@mcsdigitizing.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, so we can resolve it quickly and directly.
